The first year of any business is bound to be a challenge. But to open your doors in the throws of a global pandemic is another story entirely. Fortunately, Vitalyc always set out with a mission of making clients feel comfortable, confident, and — most importantly — safe in their decision to visit the Dallas-based med spa for any kind of service. So this May, nearly one year after its debut, the Vitalyc team made plans to show their appreciation to the clients who made opening in 2020 a beautiful experience.
On Saturday, May 22, 2021, Vitalyc invited patients to the brand’s first location along Preston Road in the Park Cities for a feel-good celebration. Lining the typically serene, white marble-and-brass lobby were rows of tables packed with bites catered by Nosh and Bottle, a gourmet market located inside Irving’s Toyota Music Factory, and Bundt Cakes by Laura made from scratch out of a home kitchen in Rockwell (the local baker is currently booked through August). A Vintage VW bus offered a perfect personal photo opp just outside Vitalyc’s glass doors, while lipsologist Laura West assessed clients’ lips to convey their fortune (a kiss mark is the new, beauty-centric alternative to the palm).
Clients could enter to win one of Vitalyc’s most coveted services, including luxe packages priced at $10,000, a BBL Photofacial, a Halo laser treatment, Botox, and beyond. But the real win was finally being able to safely gather together for the first time since the spa opened its Dallas doors. Patients and providers (as well as their families) mingled, talked services, and got to know each other beyond the treatment room.
